Toshiba AT300 is a unique looking Android tablet that has made its way to the Japanese market. This is the first Android 3.0 powered tablet that sports a nice, big 10.1 inch display packing a decent 1280 x 800 pixels (higher ppi than iPad). Wait, rest of the specs are pretty exiting as well. It features a dual core Nvidia Tegra 2 chipset that makes sure that the playback of full HD videos is as smooth as baby’s bottom.
The Toshiba Regza AT300 comes with 1GB RAM and 16GB flash storage which is expandable via SD card slot. Other specs include 802.11n Wi-Fi, mini USB port, 1x USB port, HDMI, front camera and 5 mega pixel camera on the back. Right now, it is slapped with a 730 dollars price tag (60,000 Japanese Yen)
There is no word on whether it will make its way to the US mainland or not.
